Author Guidelines
Please adhere to the following format: Provide two separate documents:
1. Cover page, including title, authors with mail and email addresses) and contact of the primary author.
2. Manuscript, containing:
- Abstract
- Background
- Materials & Methods
- Results
- Discussion
- Teaching Point
- Figures & Tables
- References

The teaching point should explain the educational value of this manuscript in no longer than 2 sentences.
References
Please adhere to the following format:
The authors are responsible for the accuracy of the bibliographic information.
A minimum of 5 references is recommended. There is no maximum of references. References should be numbered consecutively in the order in which they are first cited. References given in tables or figure legends must be numbered in sequence with those in text. Periodical titles should be abbreviated in the style of Index Medicus. Issue numbers and inclusive page numbers should be given for all references.
If there are six or less authors, so please list surnames and initials of all authors as following:
1. Hirsch W, Paetzel M, Talanow R. www.PedRad.info, the first bilingual case-oriented publication platform for pediatric radiology. Pediatr Radiol. 2005 Mar;35(3):344-8.
When there are seven or more authors, please list only the first three names, followed by “et al.” In the case of books, the authors of a chapter, title of the chapter, editor(s), title of the book, edition, city, publisher, year, and chapter pages must be provided:

Author Citations of Online-only Articles
Online-only article citations should include the authors’ names, title of the article, journal or website title, year, volume, and issue of publication, the complete URL for the document and the date the document was accessed or consulted:

Figures & Tables
Figures should be either submitted as PNG or uncompressed JPG files. (Tables as PNG or TIF) All figures need to be de-identified/anonymized. The figures may be initially implemented into the word file, but have to be uploaded separately for the high quality final version. As many figures and tables are welcomed if applicable for the particular manuscript. There is no limitation of submitted figures. Figure legends should be included in the manuscript.
Submission Preparation Checklist
As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor) and the authors permit EduRad (the publisher) and its affiliates to publish the submitted work.
The submission file is in Microsoft Word, RTF, or WordPerfect document file format.
When available, the URLs to access references online are provided, including those for open access versions of the reference. The URLs are ready to click (e.g., http://www.elearningjournal.org).
The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed at the end of the manuscript.
The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines, which is found in About the Journal.
If submitting to a peer-reviewed section of the journal, the instructions in Ensuring a Blind Review) have been followed.
The submitting author assures that all contributing authors agree with the submitted version of the manuscript and no violoation of third party rights (e.g. patients) are associated with the submitted work.
Is this manuscript written in proper english? Did you do spellcheck and grammar check in english? (Poor english is the most frequent reason for rejection!)
Cover Letter includes: Title, Authors, Author Addresses, Statement of authorship, Notifications of conflicts of interest and Ethical adherence.
Manuscript includes: Title, Abstract, Text body, References and Figure legends.
